Delivery is ALWAYS free, regardless of the size or dollar amount of the order, within South Central Kentucky. All orders placed by 4:30pm are delivered then next business day, pending item availibility.
Our generous delivery drivers will gladly deliver your complete order exactly where you want it, rather than on to a loading dock. All deliveries are completed within our normal business hours of 8:00am and 4:30pm.
Sameday Delivery
Sameday delivery is availible as long as the items you are requesting is in stock at our local warehouse. If we have a delivery driver avalible to make a delivery we will send your order immediately... if not, someone in the office will bring your order to you.
Pick Up
The 3rd largest account we have is our walk-in accounts that pick up their own order. In most cases, you can call an order in and the very next morning you can pick up your items and pay for them when you pick up your order. If you are an account holder, you may also pick up items if you need to, just be sure to let our customer service representatives know when you call in your order.
Furniture Deliveries and Installations
All furniture installations are set up by our trained installers here at BCBS. Furniture installations are typically scheduled in advance Monday thru Friday, normal business hours.
